Mr. Elkayyal has over 12 years of experience in construction materials testing,   He has performed various types of steel inspections, compaction (asphalt and soil), concrete sampling, borings, bearing inspections, proof rolls, plant inspections and Illinois Department of Transportation inspections.  He has performed the construction material testing for commercial, industrial, and residential properties including motels, shopping malls, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, automotive service stations, office complexes and high rise buildings.
