Senior Project Coordinator/Estimator

Mr. Trainor manages and schedules field activities, coordinates company resources, subcontractors and materials with clients to ensure projects are completed properly, effectively and most importantly, cost effective.  He also provides project QA/QC, monitoring and record keeping, contractor negotiation and pricing, cost estimates and proposals and invoicing.

Mr. Trainor’s experience includes managing the $300,000 Midway Airport Economy Parking project and was responsible for the removal and disposal of contaminated soils/USTs, and placement of geomembrane barriers.

$1.4 million Midway Airport Jet-A Fuel Farm for excavation, soil disposal, and placement of backfill for three 640,000 gallon AST’s, 5 UST’s, associated piping, support buildings and infrastructure, both airside and off; and various Brownfield clean-ups for Chicago Department of Environment.
