  • 7th & 10th Ward Yard Building

This project is approximately 4,700 square feet of new construction including a one (1) story metal framed 7th & 10th Ward Yard building and a one (1) story parking garage for City of Chicago street sweeping vehicles. This project is designed to achieve a LEED-NC Gold Certification level. Major compliments to this building will be the solar panels and the wind turbines to produce power.

  • Frederick Cooper Lamp Company

A Chicago real estate developer aims to turn the former Frederick Cooper Lamp Co. factory in Logan Square into a green Merchandise Mart, with showrooms featuring eco-friendly products and services. After churning out lamps for 35 years, the four-story, 250,000-square-foot building alongside the Kennedy Expressway would become the Green Exchange, housing a building supply business, a furniture maker, a printing company and other environmentally conscious businesses.
