  • New Bank & Strip Shopping Center

    The Site consist of a vacant gas station that has been out of service for three years and the Site will no longer be used as a gas station. The USTs were removed as part of the approved Corrective Action Plan.

  • New Walgreens Pharmacy

    Former gas station, medical center and church. The remediation of the site is a part of Redevelopment Program for Gary.
