  • Bouchet School Chicago

    Environmental Protection Industries (EPI) was contracted by the Public Building Commission of Chicago to complete Phase II Site Assessment Services for the Bouchet Elementary School Annex, 7401 South Chappel Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. The initial scope of work for this project included a Limited Geophysical Survey, Test Pit Investigation, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Removals, Phase II Reports, and Asbestos Building Surveys and Asbestos Abatement Specifications for the Annex and the Academy. 

  • Northeast Corner of 41st & Halsted

    Environmental Protection Industries (EPI) was retained by Dayton Street Partners, LLC to complete geotechnical and environmental sampling/testing investigation at the above referenced property. The intent of the proposed environmental sampling/testing was to evaluate site conditions and information presented by Versar in an investigation that was completed for the Chicago Department of Environment (CDOE) and to complete a due diligence investigation of the property.
