    Environmental Protection Industries (EPI) was retained by Broadway Bank to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the Holiday Inn property and building located at 17W350 22nd Street in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.  The subject property consists of approximately 3.2 acres of land and is developed with a seven-story hotel building.  The building is currently operated as a Holiday Inn.

    Environmental Protection Industries (EPI) was retained by InSite Real Estate Development, LLC to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the property located at 1400 Sixteenth Street in Oak Brook, Illinois. The subject property consists of approximately five (5) acres of land and is improved with a three-story office building.  The building has approximately 75,000 square feet of floor space and was constructed with a full basement level. The building is of masonry construction, build on a concrete foundation with a flat roof.
