Environmental Protection Industries (EPI) was retained by Dayton Street Partners, LLC to complete geotechnical and environmental sampling/testing investigation at the above referenced property. The intent of the proposed environmental sampling/testing was to evaluate site conditions and information presented by Versar in an investigation that was completed for the Chicago Department of Environment (CDOE) and to complete a due diligence investigation of the property.
