Environmental work performed included Phase I & II Investigations, UST removals, Soil Remediation, LUST Reporting and SRP Reporting.  EPI's efforts lead to NFR designations (within both the SRP and LUST).  The release of liability that is supported by the NFR, was vital in obtaining financing for the continued redevelopment and revitalization of this former Brownfields site.
