Illinois Environmental Protection Industries (EPI) was contracted by the Public Building Commission of Chicago to complete Phase II Site Assessment Services for the Bouchet Elementary School Annex, 7401 South Chappel Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. The initial scope of work for this project included a Limited Geophysical Survey, Test Pit Investigation, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Removals, Phase II Reports, and Asbestos Building Surveys and Asbestos Abatement Specifications for the Annex and the Academy.
