Illinois EPI was asked by Morgan Harbour Construction to perform both the initial due diligence (geotechnical and environmental engineering services) as well as the on-site construction materials testing services for American Technical Publishing (ATP) Facility, Following the mass grading operations, EPI personnel was on-site to inspect the bottom of the footing excavations in order to verify that the soils, possessing an appropriate bearing capacity were encountered.
