Mr. Musa has over eighteen years of business experience and has successfully owned and managed a construction company and a communications firm.  He became a partner/owner of Environmental Protection Industries in 1991 and executed an option to buyout the other partners in 1997.  He has a proven track record for nourishing businesses into well-respected organizations.

Mr. Musa is a businessman that is well known in the environmental industry for his honest, straightforward approach with his clients and regulatory agencies.  His strengths include problem solving and intuitive thinking.  Mr. Musa’s management philosophy and direction has ensured the steady growth of the company, with client referrals supplying a large component of that growth.  He is involved in many of the company projects, in a non-billable capacity, to ensure that client satisfaction is always achieved, and he works directly with many of EPI’s long standing clients.

Michael Musa is a successful business entrepreneur servicing a wide range of communities and clients with cutting edge, turn-key environmental initiatives, providing precise development and execution of project implementation and strategies across all businesses, government and private sectors.  His main focus is on acquiring new technology for sustained community and international development in the United States and the Middle East.  He provides invaluable insight on community and property development and is instrumental in acquiring all the necessary components for a successful project including raising capital, procuring financing, design-build, construction, environmental compliance, meeting government agency regulations and delivering the finished product.  Michael Musa is well respected as a professional with an uncanny ability to cut through the red tape, analyze the core of a problem and provide comprehensive, cost effective solutions, state of the art technology and reliable results

Mr. Musa keeps up-to-date with current market trends, environmental regulations and new technologies. He has developed and implemented the policies, procedures, and guidelines that have increased company productivity and growth. Mr. Musa has demonstrated the durability of the company in today’s highly competitive environmental industry, which has seen many companies with similar backgrounds merge or be put out of business during the 1990’s. He has built a highly capable management staff, which ensures efficient project management, and has completed the research necessary to remain up to date with emerging technologies and new environmental regulations to keep EPI on the cutting edge in the environmental industry.
