Mr. Musa joined EPI in 2000 as the Marketing Director, coordinating all new business opportunities.  Earlier in his career, he independently honed his selling techniques in the commercial real estate mortgage banking industry.  Mr. Musa’s proactive pursuit of new business in all key areas of the environmental consulting industry has facilitated the exponential growth and success of EPI.  Driven by bold vision and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Musa’s “outside of the box” thinking has helped to build strong sales channels.

Mr. Musa has a strong business acumen with the ability to execute a wide range of sales and marketing strategies designed to establish market presence and increase revenues and profitability.  He is a proven performer who moves easily from vision and strategy to implementation and follow-through.

Mr. Musa has prepared Municipal Brownfields Redevelopment Grants (MBRG).  In addition, he has maximized bottom-line growth by continuing to procure new clients, including banking relationships, landowners, real estate developers, brokers, institutional investors, and public as well as government entities.
