Project Geologist/Estimator

Mr. List specializes in the areas of managing Site Remediation Program (SRP), and Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) sites as well as Phase II Environmental Subsurface Investigations.   Mr. List is also responsible for all aspects of Auto Cad drafting in all reports generated by EPI.  He has acquired a thorough understanding of the process involved in identifying and confirming the presence of environmental hazards on a property.  Mr. List has conducted and written several Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and has confidence in his ability to identify recognized environmental conditions (REC’s) in relation to a subject property.  Mr. List has also performed several inspections for construction materials testing such as concrete, compaction, bearing capacity, proof roll, and asphalt.  Mr. List specializes in performing all aspects of Environmental Engineering including implementing sampling plans, soil and groundwater sampling, preparing and writing final reports in accordance with an outlined scope of work, AutoCad drafting, soil boring log drafting, tabulation of analytical data, and analyzing hydrogeologic subsurface properties.  He has gained experience through participation in a wide range of projects and fieldwork involving commercial, residential, industrial, and undeveloped properties.  Using knowledge learned during undergraduate studies Mr. List contributes to overall remediation techniques and strategies implemented for corrective action.  Mr. List has shown that he possesses the necessary skills, ambition, and ability to learn and progress.
